Ginger maple chicken (version française, cliquer ici)

Serve this chicken on a bed of basmati rice and sprinkle the top with chopped green onion.

Ingredients:

    • 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in pieces.
    • 1/3 cup all purpose flour.
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil.
    • 1/2 cup maple syrup.
    • 2 teaspoons wine vinegar.
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce.
    • 2 teaspoons chopped ginger.
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
    • 1/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper.
    • 2 green onions.

    Instructions:

    • Preheat oven at 350F.
    • Cover chicken pieces with flour.
    • Fry in vegetable oil until golden. About 5 minutes.
    • Add maple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper.
    • Transfer to over safe dish, and cook in oven for 30 minutes.
