Carole's Pineapple chicken (version française, cliquer ici)

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs.
  • 1/2 cup cold water.
  • 1 cup flour.
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  • 1/2 chicken breast per person.

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients to make the batter.
  • Cut chicken breasts in pieces.
  • Cover chicken with batter.
  • Fry in vegetable oil until golden, turning the pieces once in a while.
  • Add a jar of VH pineapple sauce is desired.
