Susan's Avocado Pudding

Susan Stephen is not only my idol in matters of business, retailing and  overall imaginista, she's apparently also an amazing cook. I tasted this pudding at a home-cooked breakfast which Susan made for me and Diana (a colleague), and OMG. Try it and behold!


  • 2 ripe organic avocados
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of Organic coconut milk
  • pinch of cinnamon


  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together, by hand or in a food processor, until the consistency is pudding-like
  • That's it. There's only one step. How cool is that!?
  • It will keep in the fridge for a few hours or up to one day, covered.
  • Serve with berries sprinkled on top.
